Welcome to Dr. James Betancourt's new website for Indian River Implant Center. We are located on the intracoastal waterway in Vero Beach, FL.
Dr. Betancourt is a periodontist that specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of periodontal diseases and in the placement of dental implants. Gum disease, if left untreated can cause the bone support for the teeth and the jawbone to be destroyed. Later stages can also cause teeth to become loose and or painful.
Dr. Betancourt and staff are experienced and trained to provide a wide range of periodontal procedures including Gum Grafting, Extractions and Bone Grafting, Sinus Lift Procedures, Crown Lengthening Surgery, Periodontal Plastic Surgery, Soft Tissue Grafts, Periodontal/Osseous Surgery, and Dental Implant Placement. We also provide options of an IV conscious sedation or nitrous oxide to give our patients a comfortable dental experience.
